lovejili Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the lovejili platform (available at lovejili.one and any associated mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the lovejili platform. Continued use of lovejili following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use lovejili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

To access the full range of lovejili services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one (1) lovejili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. lovejili employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lovejili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify lovejili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. lovejili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

• Do not share your lovejili login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other platforms.
• Enable any additional security features offered by lovejili, such as two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

lovejili supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your lovejili Wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. lovejili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. lovejili reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but lovejili endeavors to process all approved requests promptly.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the lovejili Wallet section.
• lovejili does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds in your lovejili account do not accrue interest.
• lovejili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

lovejili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.

All games offered on the platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are not influenced by lovejili or any third party.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, lovejili reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. lovejili's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lovejili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one lovejili account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to lovejili immediately.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or lovejili staff through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

All content on the lovejili platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of lovejili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lovejili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any lovejili content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on lovejili content.
• Use lovejili's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the lovejili platform.

Any unauthorized use of lovejili's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by lovejili.

lovejili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using lovejili, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lovejili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lovejili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lovejili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary closure of your lovejili account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Formal complaints will be acknowledged within two (2) business days and a substantive response provided within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

In submitting a complaint, please include:

• Your registered lovejili username and the email address associated with your account.
• A clear description of the issue, including relevant dates, game names, and transaction references where applicable.
• Any supporting documentation or screenshots that may assist in the investigation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

lovejili operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations form part of the regulatory environment within which lovejili operates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
